I am offering free support via E-Mail. If you have an issue you would like me to help you with, you can E-Mail me a question and I will be glad to assist you.

When you E-Mail me, send me as much info as you can such as

Processor speed
Amount of memory
Size of hard drive
make and model of your system (for example: Dell XPS T500 system)
System Reference number (for example: Dell uses Service tags to identify the system. If it is a name brand system then it probably has a reference number of some sort. That will be very useful for me.
What windows you have (Windows 95, Windows 98, or other OS)
The problem you are having.
Any error messages you are having and when did the problem begin.
Did problem begin when you added hardware or software to the system?
Any other item that you think I need to know.
