Can't Access Certain Parts in a Form by Adobe Reader

When you are using Adobe Reader to fill out the 1040 form from the IRS, the last block and the first block on the page appears inaccessible. The cursor will appear in all other blocks on the form.

As of the time this article was written, there is not a fix for this issue, but there is a workaround for it. To use the workaround, follow these steps.

  1. Select the last block that you are able to see the cursor on.
  2. Press the Tab key.
  3. It should be on the block that you want to type in. You just won't see the cursor. When you start typing you should see the text appear.
  4. repeat steps 1 through 3 till all blocks are filled.

Note: If there is more than one block in a row with same issue, then just tab till you get to the one you want. You won't see the block highlighted or see the cursor. You will have to start typing to see if you got the right block selected.

If you know of a fix for this issue, please contact me and let me know. It would be greatly appreciated.
