Can't run as administrator

If you cannot run a program because it states you have to be administrator, it may be a setting or it could be a virus.

Things you can try are

Right-click the program you want to run (in this example, it is going to be shockwave)

Click on Run as Administrator

Try booting to Safe Mode to see if you can run it there
Try using the Spyware/Virus Troubleshooter
