Anti-virus conflicts

If you are having issues running Anti-virus, check to see if you have more than one anti-virus program installed.

Running two anti-virus programs on system can cause the system to give errors, run slow or freeze. You can't have two anti-virus programs on the system. They will think the other program is an intruder and interfere.

Go to Add/Remove Programs and remove one of the programs.
