BIOS keeps resetting the time and keeps finding a New CPU

This is a good indication that your battery is dying on the motherboard. If your system is under warranty, you will need to contact the manufacturer for service. If your system is out of warranty, you will need to either take it to a repair shop or replace the battery yourself. If you replace the battery yourself, consult the manual for your system on the procedure on how to replace the battery. You can also contact me for assistance.
