Connection to the server was reset

This error can be caused by several different issues. Here are some things you can try to fix the issue

Disable Anti-virus and firewalls - If the problem goes away, you will need to check the settings for them
Change MTU to 1492 on the DSL modem (every modem is different so you will need to check the manual for the modem)
