Diskette drive 0 seek failure

This message is talking about the floppy or 3 1/2 drive on the computer. Majority of time this is caused by the system not having a floppy drive but yet it is turned on in the bios. If you do not have a floppy drive and it is turned on in the bios, you will get this message when you turn your computer on. If you do not have a floppy drive, go to the bios and check the settings. If it is turned on in the bios, turn it off.

If you do have a floppy drive and getting the error, use the Floppy drive troubleshooter.
