Disk Defragmentation could not start

To fix this, follow these steps

Go to control panel (This link will open in a different window)
Double-click System
Click Advanced tab
Click Settings under Performance
Click the Advanced tab
Click Change in the Virtual Memory section
Select the System Managed Size radio button
Click Set
Click OK
Reboot the computer
