Unhandled Except has occurred

If you get the following error

"UNHANDLED EXCEPTION HAS OCCURED IN YOUR APPLICATION, IF YOU CONTINUE (press the Continue button), THE APPLICATIONS WILL IGNORE THIS ERROR AND ATTEMPT TO CONTINUE. IF YOU "QUIT" (press the quit button)THE APPLICATION WILL CLOSE IMMEDIETLY." "CANNOT ANCHOR BALLON AT POSITION (X-1051, Y=1018)THE POINT IS NOT CONTINUED WITHIN THE VISIBLE BOUNDS OF ANY SCREEN. PARAMETER NAME POINT."

Try the following

Go to MSCONFIG
Go to the Startup tab
Uncheck Dell DataSafe Online
Reboot the computer

If the problem goes away, the issue is with Dell DataSafe Online. If you still want to use that program, you will need to see if Dell has an update for that software or see if they have a fix for it.
