This document could not be registered

If you are in Microsoft Word and get the message that the document could not be registered, the DCOM service may not be running. To check the setting do the following

Click Start
Click Run
Type services.msc
Click OK
Double-click DCOM Server Process Launcher
Make sure Startup type says Automatic
If service status says stopped, click on Start
Click Apply
Click OK
Reboot the computer
