Can't Receive Newsletters

America Online

AOL customers are unable to receive newsletters due to the spam controls AOL has installed. Even adding the sender to the allow list may not allow the email to go through. Currently there is not a fix for the issue. If you have signed up for a newsletter and not receiving the newsletter. It may be because of the spam controls. You can try adding them to the allow list but that doesn't always work.

If you still can't receive the newsletters, contact AOL's tech support and see if they have a work around on this issue.
