Email that is sent is not saved in the Sent Folder
Outlook Express
If you notice that the email that you sent is not having a copy of it listed in the sent folder, your sent folder may be corrupt. to fix this, do the following
- Save all the messages you want to keep out of the sent Items folder and any other folder in Outlook Express that you don't want to loose.
- Close Outlook Express
- Delete the file Sent Items.DBX in your Identity's store folder.
- The file will be recreated when you open Outlook Express
Don't let the sent folder to get too large. this can cause the folder to get corrupted or Outlook Express to run slow.
