Enter Key doesn't work on install of Windows XP
When you try to install windows XP, the enter key doesn't work. Some computer systems will allow you to boot to the CD-ROM via a one time boot menu by pressing a key on the keyboard during bootup instead of going to the BIOS and changing the boot sequence.
Sometimes, the one time boot menu doesn't work with the Windows XP install. It will boot to the CD with the one time boot menu but the Enter key will not work. In this situation, you will need to boot to the BIOS and change the boot sequence to boot to the CD-ROM first. The Enter key should work using this method.
Also sometimes when you do the one time boot method, you cannot hit the key combination to bring up the one time boot menu too many times. Hitting the key too many times can cause the Enter key not to work.
