Issue with Flash and Vista

If you are having an issue with Youtube and Flash, try the following to see if it fixes your issue (the following steps may not apply to all systems)

Open Windows Explorer
Double-click Drive C
Double-Click Windows
Double-click System32
Double-click Macromed
Double-click Flash
Right click Flash9b.ocx
Click on Properties
Click the Security tab
Click on the Everyone account
Click the button called Edit
Put a tick in the box called Allow Full Control
Choose your local account name
Repeat steps 1 through 13 for FlashUtil9b.exe

Again these steps do not apply to all systems as some systems do not have the folder Macromed.
