Flash isn't working properly

If you get the message that Flash is not installed, do the following

Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MACROMED\FLASH
Right-click Flash9b.ocx
Click Properties
Select the Security tab
Click the Everyone account
Click Edit
Click to select Allow Full Control
Click OK
Right-click FlashUtil9b.exe
Click Properties
Select the Security tab
Click the Everyone account
Click Edit
Click to select Allow Full Control
Click OK
Double-click on FlashUtil9b.exe
If the above doesn't work, uninstall Flash using the removal tool
Then reinstall Flash
After reinstalling Flash and still having the issue, repeat steps 1 through 16.
