Some graphics is fuzzy on the internet

Some graphics on the internet is fuzzy but others are not fuzzy. This issue is only on the internet.

Try this fix.

Go to control panel (This link will open in a different window)
Double-click on Display
Click on the Settings Tab
Click on the Advanced button
Click on the General Tab (This may be different on your system)
Under DPI setting, make sure the setting is on Normal size.
Click on Apply
Click on Close
Reboot the computer
