Homepage keeps giving Page cannot be Displayed

When you open Internet Explorer and experience the following issues

Get Page cannot be displayed when you go to your homepage
Your home page intermittently opens up
Every site but your homepage works fine

You may be experiencing an issue with the homepage cache. You may need to reload your homepage. To reload the homepage, do the following (click on the hyperlink for instructions for that step)

Access Internet Options
Write down the website address of the site you want it to be so you can re-enter it later
Type in a different website address.
Click Apply
Click OK
Access Internet Options
Type in the website address you want
