IE7 and banner

After loading Internet Explorer 7, you get Jinitiator has failed when you try to access Banner. Newer banner software allows Internet Explorer 7 to work. If you are having this issue, your Banner needs updating

If that doesn't resolve the issue, It may be an issue with Oracle
