Cannot access MSCONFIG

If you cannot access MSCONFIG and you have Zone Alarm, check the version of Zone Alarm. If you have a version older than 60_667_000, you will need to upgrade your version of the software.

If you still cannot access MSCONFIG, it may be due to a virus. Use the Virus troubleshooter.
