Unable to access mapped drives, folders or files

If you are part of a network and you have noticed that there is files and folders missing on your system, you may be experiencing syncing issues with the server.

If this occurs, you will have a symbol appear by your clock. Each network may have a different type of symbol to indicate offline but they are generally the same. It may look like the following

Or it may include a message as such

You will see this by the clock (better known as the notification area) as you see above.

If you see the icon, double-click on the icon. It may ask you to click OK. Go ahead and click on OK

If you are having an issue with Outlook, It may be offline as well. Click here for assistance with that.
