Spybot blocks access to the Internet

A setting in Spybot can cause the Internet not to load. This does not happen often and I am unable to pinpoint the cause. I have come across systems that couldn't load the internet but when I removed Spybot, their internet issue went away. Reloading Spybot back on the system doesn't cause the issue to reoccur. Either there was corruption or a setting was set that was preventing the internet from working.

If you can't get on the internet and have Spybot, try uninstalling Spybot and see if it helps. If you discover it is a setting within Spybot, please inform me so I can update this page.
