There is numerous viruses and spyware and way to many to list here. I have included some because I have dealt with them. For a more accurate list, check your anti-spyware and anti-virus software for a better list.

Anti-virus 360 - This is a spyware/virus and not a valid program
Autorun.inf virus - This is a virus that is affecting flash drives
