This website has been up since 2002. The website and support is free. If you have a computer issue or need to know how to do something with software such as reinstall of the operating system, this website is full of information. I tried to categorize the items to make it easier to locate. For example, if you are having an issue with your computer, there is a link that says computer issues. When you click on it, it takes you to a list of known issues and how to deal with the issues.
