How to access admin page of router modem 

 

To access the admin page of the router modem, do the following

  1. Connect the computer directly to the router modem via network cable (It may work wirelessly but if it don't, you will need to connect to the modem via cable)

  2. Open Internet Explorer (or your choice of browser)

  3. In the address bar, type http://192.168.0.1

  4. If the IP address is not working, see Default Gateway IP address not working

  5. Press Enter

  6. If you get the admin window, you will be prompted for username and password.

    1. The default user name is "admin"

    2. The default password is "Password"

  7. The Maxi Gateway

    1. The default user name is "admin"

    2. There is no default password, it will have you create one the first time you access it
