To access Date and Time, click the method you want to use

Access via Control Panel
Access Via Search
Access via Time

Access Via Control Panel

Access Control Panel
Click on Date and Time

Access Via Search

Do a Search
Type Date and Time

Click on Date and Time

Access Via Time

Click Time on Taskbar

You will see the Time and Date window

Click Change date and time...
