To access, do the following

Open Windows Firewall

Click Turn Windows Firewall on or off

You have two sections to Turn the Windows Firewall on or off

Private network settings

To turn Windows Firewall on, put a check on Turn on Windows Firewall

To turn Windows Firewall off, put a check on Turn off Windows Firewall (not recommended)
