How to boot to SafeMode

Windows 8

Choose the method of booting to Safe Mode that you need help with

System Configuration Tool (MSCONFIG)
Using Shift + Restart
Boot from a System Recovery CD/DVD (works with Windows 8 but not Windows 8.1)
Boot from a System Recovery Memory Stick
Use F8 or Shift + F8 (will work but not very easy task)
