Wiring Configurations

There is two standard configurations. The newest configuration is T568B (the new standard) However, some still use T568A.

 

NOTE: If you use T568A on one end of the cable configuration, you will have to use T568A on the other end of the cable or there will not be any successful communication between the two devices. Same applies with the T568B. Both ends have to be the same.

   

 

Cable Creation

To create the proper cable, follow these steps

  1. Prepare the net cable, the EZ (pass-through) 8P crystal plug and the Sheath

   
  1. Insert the sheath to the cable

       

  2. Insert the cable into the cable outer

   
  1. Strip the outer jacket off

   
  1. Sequence the inner wire according to your network layout

  1. Insert the cables into plug on the wire which in order above on step5A or Step 5B depending on your network layout and it should look similar to this

   
  1. Insert the cable and jack into the Crimper as shown here (Be sure when crimping you must have the wires facing down and crimp up as shown in the picture ***important***)

   
  1. The wires should be sticking out on the other side. Verify that all wires are present and in the correct order (make sure they are not bent, curled or crimped)

   
  1. Crimp the plug and the excess wire should fall off

   
  1. You now have a completed network cable with plug

   

 

NOTE:

  1. The head of net cable must be cutted clearly, if not, please adjust this blades, or change a new blafde.

  2. If wouldn't fully crimp RJ45's- no matter how many times you try. Failure to Connect! Please contact us freely
