Remove AOL adapter

If you are having internet issues and have America Online (AOL) installed, try deleting AOL adapter. The adapter will reinstall itself when you open America Online.

Click on the hyperlink for instructions for that step.

Click on Start
Click on Programs(Windows 98, Me, 2000) or All Programs (Windows XP)
Place your mouse over America Online (on the list of programs and not the icon)
Click on AOL System Information
Click on Utilities
Click on Clear Browser Cache
Click on Uninstall AOL Adapter
Click on OK

Click on Close

Reboot the computer
